Diplomatico Collection No. 1 Batch Kettle Rum

Diplomatico Collection No. 1 Batch Kettle Rum - Batch Kettle Rum was first introduced in fall 2017 as one of two limited edition rums in the Distillery Collection from Diplomático. This collection is named for the various types of stills used by the brand to produce its rums. The Batch Kettle is a semi-continuous still first brought to the distillery from Canada in 1959. It previously made whisky. This rum matured in American oak barrels. Each bottle is numbered with the date of distillation listed. This would be a good "sipping rum."
